Will it be a change or one more opportunity lost ?

 I wish the NDA - BJP Team a great resounding victory, and hope that they are able to form a stable government. I would like to remind our probable PM that he should focus on the following:

Declare a Road Map with Time Lines for the following priorities: 

1. - As a top priority- Developing A structured System for providing Health, Shelter and Education right from Panchayat Levels to the Cities. 

2. - Welfare package for economically backward people, be he / she from any cast / community / religion. 

3. - Rationalize growth of all states, irrespective of the party in rule in states. Come Out with a uniform policy for declaring a state entitled for special category benefits. 

4. - Chalk Out a structured growth plan for Infra Sector - Power / Steel / Cement / Roads, development of 2 nd tier cities. The industry should grow and be allowed to expand, but with out violating the environmental norms. Let Defaulters be levied heavy penalties depending on the seriousness of fault, in the first stage, followed by a closure notice with a time span given for compliance, and followed by strict closure. Industries following green norms should be given Tax Incentives.

5. - Come out with a structured Plan for Development of Tourism in all places of historical importance, work on restoration of our heritage / monuments. That includes Varanasi, Allahabad, BHU, Agra, Raigad etc. 

6. - Clean Up Our Rivers. Plan for joining these as Atal ji  wanted

Let him begin with these for first five years. A sure way of bringing about these changes is only through a good team.

He should induct committed and honest people in important ministries. Jetley, Arun Shurie, Gen V K Singh, Some top Notch Economist like Gurucharan Das, Gadkari, Sushama Swaraj, Sumitra Mahajan,Smruti Irani, M J Akbar, Mukhtar Naqwi, Shenawaj Hussain are a few names which come to my mind. Youth and new faces should also be inducted in the 2nd / 3rd  tier ministry level.

If he takes up these steps and really acts on these with inclusive growth in real sense in mind and action, takes along all CMs along then India will really be on a growth path.

Otherwise this will be one more opportunity wasted.
